With 1 warm white SMD placed inside it, the lantern illuminates once darkness falls to create a super effective patterned glow against floors and walls. With the on/off switch located in the underside of the solar panel, simply lift off the solar panel at the top of the lantern to operate the switch. Designed for use throughout the summer months, you may find that with shorter winter days your solar lanterns don’t illuminate as they do in summer. We recommend storing them during the winter months and bringing them back out as the weather improves in spring. In the summer months, you can expect up to 8 hours of illumination time!
